/The Finger Lakes Regional Land Bank Corporation (FLRLBC) is pleased to invite qualified firms to submit Professional Qualifications for consideration to provide development services for engineering/architectural services and environmental services.

The Local Government Specialist 2 (LGS 2) duties in the Division of Local Government will include but not be limited to the following: Local Government Training Program; Technical Assistance; Publications/Presentations; Intra and Inter-Agency Cooperation; and Grant Review and Administration.
