This webinar is an adaption of a speech given by Bill Fulton to the Onondaga County Planning Federation. After decades of stagnation, many parts of Upstate New York now face significant growth challenges because of the tech boom (i.e., Micron in Syracuse). How can these municipalities prepare for growth that has never been seen in many people's lifetimes?

A former Mayor of Ventura, California, and Planning Director of San Diego, Bill is now a Professor of Practice at the University of California, San Diego and Principal at William Fulton Group. He was named one of Planetizen's Top 100 Urban Thinkers in 2009.
This webinar is open to NYPF and NY Upstate Chapter APA members only.Registration for this webinar ends at 4:00 p.m. on January 21, 2025.
