Why you are involved in APA NYU: I participate on the Chapter Board to help provide professional development opportunities to our membership. I’ve been on the Chapter Board for seven years.
Favorite Thing about APA NYU: Learning about the challenges and opportunities that planners are facing around New York State.
Fun Fact to Share: I enjoy learning about the history of the communities across Upstate New York that I work in, and how that history can be used as a guide for the future growth and development of those communities.
Led by Joe this year as the conference will be held in Rochester, the conference planning committee works diligently behind the scenes all year to bring our Annual Conference to life. Thank you to this committed group who coordinates logistics, reviews presentations, books presenters, manages the conference budget and plans a fun several days of networking, sharing of best practices and exploring for our members!
