Job Opportunity: Proposal Development Coordinator for Highland Planning
/The Proposal Development Coordinator leads the proposal development process from opportunity intake through proposal development, proposal submission, interview preparation, and win/loss follow-up. You will work closely with the COO, Director of Planning + Design, and proposal managers to create custom content and turn ideas and experience into clear, persuasive, beautifully designed proposals. Working closely with firm leadership, you will help coordinate pursuit strategy, identify client priorities, and develop compelling, client-focused proposals.
