JOB SUMMARY: This is a professional senior-level supervisory position involving responsibility for program development and planning, assigning, supervising, reviewing, coordinating and undertaking a variety of complex assignments. Work is performed under general supervision of a higher-level employee with wide latitude allowed to exercise independence in performing the work. Supervision is exercised over Planners, Planning Technicians, and/or clerical employees. Does related work as required.
