/The Town of Glenville is seeking to fill a vacancy for the newly established position of ZONING OFFICER.
Glenville, outside of the Village of Scotia, has a population of 29,327. It is a diverse Town consisting of suburban, rural, agricultural, commercial, and industrial nodes. Working for Town government is a team-oriented, fast-paced, and fun place to work. Employees have a 35-hour workweek from September through May, and a 30-hour workweek from June through August.

Orange County, New York, Department of Planning is accepting applications for the position of Principal Planner. This position is currently in the NYS HELPS program and is not subject to Civil Service Examination. This supervisory position is responsible for specialized professional and technical work related to municipal, community, county, and regional transportation planning, especially as it relates to the federally mandated allocation of federal transportation and capital funds under the auspices of the Orange County Transportation Council, which is the Metropolitan Planning Organization for Orange County (MPO).
