RFP: Climate Action Plan (CAP) Development Services for Columbia County, NY

Columbia County, New York requests proposals from qualified planning consultant teams to assist in developing a Climate Action Plan (CAP) for both government operations and the broader community. The goal is to identify and prioritize actions that will reduce our future greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, thereby reducing the impacts of climate change on our residents, our economy, and the environment.

Sealed bids will be received at the office of Columbia County Central Services, 401 State St., Hudson, New York 12534, until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, October 29, 2026. Bids shall be contained in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “Climate Action Plan (CAP) Development Services Bid”.

Questions regarding this RFP must be provided in writing only to Marissa Hogencamp, Patrice Perry, and Donald Meltz by emailing marissa.hogencamp@columbiacountyny.gov, patrice.perry@columbiacountyny.gov and donald.meltz@columbiacountyny.gov no later than 4:00 pm on Monday, October 5, 2026.
