RFP: Housing Market Study for Cayuga County
/Cayuga County is requesting proposals from a qualified professional consultant to conduct a comprehensive collection and analysis of market data and conditions to develop a new Cayuga County Housing Market Study. The goal of this project is to gather and compile necessary data and to develop a comprehensive housing market needs assessment including recommended housing policy priorities and action items to support future development in targeted appropriate areas of the County. The study will be designed to create a fact-based policy approach for decision-making about a range of housing and neighborhood-related issues. The consultant that is selected will work with staff in Cayuga County’s Department of Planning & Economic Development (CCPED), the Cayuga County Industrial Development Agency, Auburn Housing Authority, City of Auburn Department of Planning & Economic Development and other key community partners and stakeholders.
