RFP: Smart Growth Comprehensive Plan for Town of Caroga
/The Town of Caroga is excited to move forward with its New York State Department of State (NY DOS) Smart Growth Community Planning Grant with the creation of the town’s Smart Growth Comprehensive Plan. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a distinctive Adirondack community with a wide range of environmental assets, an evolving downtown area, and forward-thinking development goals. This will require a planning process grounded in robust community engagement and anchored in Smart Growth principles. The planning process will guide targeted reinvestments and policy improvements to make Caroga a great destination and a place to live.
