RFP: Zoning Update for the former St. Luke's Hospsital for Mohawk Edge
/Mohawk Valley EDGE, in partnership with Oneida County, the Town of New Hartford and Mohawk Valley Health System, is soliciting proposals from qualified planning and consulting firms to prepare a zoning code update for the former St. Luke’s Hospital Campus. This project will support redevelopment of the site and advance smart growth and neighborhood revitalization goals.
The selected consultant will work with the Town, Mohawk Valley EDGE, and a Zoning Advisory Committee to evaluate existing zoning, engage stakeholders, and develop market‑responsive, context‑sensitive zoning updates aligned with local and regional planning objectives.
The Town of Clifton Park has an Opening for the position of Director of Planning. The position is a full-time position, which will be offered at a Grade 12 with steps 5-9. The starting compensation will therefore range from $115,083 - $130,704, depending upon the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
