RFP: Housing Needs Assessment for the city of Cleveland Heights
/The City of Cleveland Heights wishes to ensure it has a comprehensive understanding of the local housing market and is able to respond to any gaps with the appropriate housing policies via a Housing Needs Assessment. Cleveland Heights is an engaged community where debate is encouraged and fostered. Ultimately, the City wants to be able to participate in the debate over housing and development with the ability to focus on what has impact in moving market demand and growing the City’s population, but in a sustainable manner. Therefore, for this project, the City seeks a qualified consultant or consultant team (the “Consultant”) to produce a data-driven Housing Needs Assessment for the City of Cleveland Heights that includes community engagement.
