/We are excited to welcome you to Rochester and the Hyatt Regency Rochester (125 E Main Street, Rochester) beginning Wednesday, October 8 through Friday, October 10! It’s going to be a great few days of networking and professional development with nearly 250 individuals registered!
Check-In begins at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday. However, stop by our registration table to grab your name badge and conference swag at anytime.
PARKING: Hyatt Regency Rochester is attached to the South Avenue Garage and the South Avenue Garage is owned by the City of Rochester and includes 6 electric car spots. Overhead clearance for the garage is 7’. The most convenient entrances for our guests are the Hyatt Motor Court (125 Main Street) and South Avenue. Take the Garage elevator to the 2ⁿᵈ floor for the hotel Entrance.
Overnight Parking is $16 per day
Hourly Parking M-F is $2 per hour with a $10 maximum

MOBILE SESSIONS: Looking to get out and about in Rochester and attend the mobile sessions? Please RSVP in advance here. These sessions are first come, first served. Pre-registration will close Tuesday 10/7 and there will be sign-up sheets at the registration desk as well.

CDTA is looking for a creative and technical Senior Planner to shape the future of our transit infrastructure. In this role, you will lead the design and planning of major capital projects, including mid-sized infrastructure, Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), and mobility hubs, while contributing to other critical Planning Department initiatives. You will work at the intersection of urban design, engineering, and operations to create safe, accessible, and efficient transit environments. If you are passionate about urban planning and sustainable transportation, we want you on our team.
