Chapter Announcements: Smart Growth Conference in CNY on November 15
/Smart growth is the idea that places should grow in ways that make them stronger, vibrant, and sustainable, while improving quality of life for all. We'd like to use this event to kick off collaborative efforts and creative ideas to positively shape the future of the community we call home.

Chapter President-Elect Sarah Gatti and others have been elected to lead the APA New York Upstate Chapter in 2027-2028 in the recent consolidated election with the American Planning Association. New officers start the new term on January 1, 2027 for two years. The full election results are available here.
