Notice is hereby given that the Town of Newstead is seeking proposals from qualified Planning Consulting Firms/Engineering Firms to prepare an Agriculture and Farmland Protection Plan. The request for proposals is available at the Town of Newstead website at: www.erie.gov/newstead on the legal notices page or by requesting an emailed copy from Town Supervisor Dawn Izydorczak at dawn@townofnewstead.com. Proposals must be physically submitted to the below contact by January 24, 2025 at 4:30pm.

Mohawk Valley EDGE, in partnership with Oneida County, the Town of New Hartford and Mohawk Valley Health System, is soliciting proposals from qualified planning and consulting firms to prepare a zoning code update for the former St. Luke’s Hospital Campus. This project will support redevelopment of the site and advance smart growth and neighborhood revitalization goals.
