RFQ: Creative Economy Consultant, Albany Housing Authority

AHA intends to execute a repositioning strategy for a 28,000 square foot, 2-story office/warehouse building strategically located in Albany‘s South End neighborhood. The focus is to establish creative economy industry business models in this neighborhood with a vision to co-locate multiple businesses in the facility, with one or two professional studios or businesses as the anchors. A detailed description of the premises is available via the site tour or electronic floor plans.

The AHA is now seeking to retain the services of a consultant with appropriate expertise in the creative economy industry who could identify established industry enterprises that may be interested in participating in this project. Types of business would include, but not be limited to, production and post production across film, television, advertising, gaming, interactive, design as well as new modes of storytelling within the XR/AR/VR and location-based entertainment.
