The County of Orleans, acting by and through its Department of Planning and Development, is issuing this RFP seeking a consultant with expertise in Hazard Mitigation Planning to develop and prepare a Multi-Jurisdictional Local Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan for the County and participating partner municipalities.
Orleans County has received federal funding to develop said Multi-Jurisdictional Local Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan for the County and all of its participating, with a County in-kind match of 25%.
The term of the contract shall commence in or about December 2019 and continue through March 22, 2021. The deliverable is a plan that meets or exceeds ALL State and FEMA requirements.
