NPCR's Annual Brownfield Opportunity Summit - Albany, NY

NPCR Registration is Open WHEN: December 2 & December 3

WHERE:  The Hilton Albany - 40 Lodge Street, Albany, NY 12207

This is NPCR's annual meeting for communities throughout New York State that are struggling with revitalization issues posed by the presence of multiple brownfield. The focus on this two-day summit will be on implementing your brownfields plan and identifying the resources and tools needed to attract development and make the plan a reality.

NPCR is collaborating with the Center for Creative Land Recycling to discuss funding opportunities, technical assistance and other resources available to municipalities, community-based organizations and developers.

With several official BOA designations and new incentives for developers to work with BOAs, the conference will also feature a panel of public officials and other experts to address the question of what BOA designation can mean for your community and how to leverage that designation and implement your plan.

The BOA summit will include important policy discussions and opportunities for networking, information sharing, and exploring new ideas for your community revitalization efforts.
