The City of Rochester seeks proposals for the purchase and development of vacant land located within the La Marketa Urban Renewal District from qualified developers/teams to purchase and creatively improve the Site. The approximately 1.7 acre Site presents several City-owned parcels along N. Clinton Avenue, between Sullivan and Hoeltzer Streets. The Site comprises the majority of La Marketa URD in the El Camino neighborhood.
It is the City’s intention to receive development proposals that will lead to the sale of the Site to a Developer who presents the desired use(s), best plan/layout, and demonstrates the best financial capacity to undertake the proposed project. It is expected that Developers will creatively improve the Site with the necessary land use or mix of uses to achieve a specific vision and goals for the Site.
