Congratulations NY Upstate Chapter APA 2007 Award Winners!
In 2007, the awards were handed out in Binghamton, NY on Thursday, September 20th. Each of the plans, projects, and individuals honored with an award has made significant contributions toward improving the quality of life for people throughout Upstate New York. Every year, New York Upstate Chapter APA presents these awards at it's annual conference. In 2006, the awards were handed out in Auburn, NY on Friday, September 15th.
